Page Break in Wordpress Pages

So I've tried asking this on the wordpress.org forums, but after a week of no reply, figured I'd try asking here (I've had plenty of problems solved by reading responses on StackOverflow.)

So, the exact problem I'm having is, I want to add a page break (I think that's what it's called?) that will show (for example):

<- Previous Part - Next Part ->

Kind of how you can do it with posts. You can break the posts up into multiple pages worth of the post, with something like Post Pagination. I've tried the same shortcode and variants of it to try and get the same result from pages, to no avail. As you can see, on the page in question, (NSFW link btw), http://hentaiweeb.com/uncensored-hentai/ - the page drags on and loads for a very, very long time. Due to how many posts and thumbnails are loaded, the page become giant. I would love to split that up into 10 smaller pages, using a Pagination of sorts.

Is there anyone that can point me in the right direction? Tell me what I'm doing wrong with page pagination? If it even exists, or if it's a function I'll have to pay someone to code?

Thanks for your time. I hope to get a better response here than on wordpress.org
